It normally takes 9mths to complete at about an hour or so a week.

The main topics are

Skills:
Where you need to show you have learned something new. this could be a new sport or activity, learning how to coach or something youve always wanted to try but never got round to doing.

Volunteering:
Again this can be around your interests such as helping out one of the sides with coaching, helpoing out at a local youth club, getting involved with environmental projects.

Fitness:
Could be done through a range of activities. Even playing for MARFC can count towards it!!!!

Expidition:
Walking or cycling over two days with an overnight camp.

We can help find placements and activities for all the above and to achieve the award you will need to show progression in all areas with the successful completion of the expidition at the end (normally in the summer).

Let me if your interested and I can give more detail at our introduction session (to be arranged).

Catch you soon, Darren
